OPPORTUNITIES

Store managers are salaried positions, all others earn an hourly rate. Full-time employees work 30 or more hours per week; part-time employees are scheduled less than 30 hours per week. Hours and days may vary from week-to-week.

Insurance Benefits

Our employees are eligible to enroll in health insurance after 60 days starting on the first of the month.

  1. Health – Three levels of coverage are offered, with our company paying up to 80% of the premium depending on selected coverage, for all full-time employees.
  2. Dental – Voluntary benefit
  3. Life – 100% paid for employee
  4. Vision – Voluntary benefit
  5. Minimum Essential Coverage – Our Company pays 50% of the premium for employee
  6. Supplemental insurance – AFLAC, Allstate, and Gap – Voluntary benefit

Hourly Vacation Benefits

Vacation accrues on employment status, average hours worked, and years of service as shown in the following schedule:

Sales Associates & Assistant Managers

1st full year = up to 40 hours

2nd year = up to 40 hour

3rd year = up to 80 hours

Salaried Vacation Benefits

Vacation accrues on employment status and years of service as shown in the following schedule:

Store Managers

1st full year = 40 hours

2nd year = 80 hour

3rd year = 80 hours

4th year = 80 hours

5th year = 120 hours 

Hourly Paid Holidays

  1. Thanksgiving - working hourly personnel are paid double time for hour worked
  2. Christmas – working hourly personnel are paid double time for hours worked
